What?!? No cutlery?!?

After church today, a group of us went for lunch. We decided to be adventurous and try an Ethiopian restaurant, Horn of Africa, here in Ottawa. All the dishes are large plates with spongy flat bread and dipping sauces/stews. No cutlery; you tear off a piece of bread and scoop up some of one of the sauces (beef, lamb, chicken, chick pea, etc.) and shove it into your mouth. Quite an experience.
